Rent an ATV. Enjoy exploring hidden beaches and the natural wildlife of Paunch and Bluff Beaches.

Snorkeling. Rent snorkeling gear to enjoy the fringing reefs of Bocas' islands or book a snorkeling tour with one of the many boat operators.

Sail. There are various tour companies offering tours around the islands on yachts and catamarans.

Dive. Experience the deeper reef life in our islands with one of the local dive shops.

Rent a bicycle. There are both pedal and electric bikes available to rent and it's one of the best and most eco-friendly ways of seeing Isla Colon, town and the outer beaches.

SUP and Kayak. An amazing way of seeing the islands is to get out on the water yourself. You can either go alone or with a tour and a guide.

Hiking. There are tours to guide you through the jungle or go it alone - you'll see plenty of wildlife however you hike.

Horse Riding. There are horse riding tours through the jungle available on Isla Colon.

Tours. Cacao farms, medicinal plant tours and so much more to choose from.

Beaches galore. Secluded bays or crashing waves. Bocas has them all.

Turtle watching. You can book to try to find nesting turtles during nesting season; an amazing experience.

Dine. Great restaurants offering a range of dishes including sea-food, Italian, Indian and Thai and many more great options.

Dance and music. There are some great nightspots in town to dance the night away or enjoy live music offered at many of the restaurants in town on a nightly basis.
